Hours of Operation

ASAP Computer Repair is available 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm. Our first appointments of the day are usually scheduled at 10am, last ones around 6:00pm but we can, and will make exceptions for those who need hours outside of this range. If you have an emergency, we will do our best to meet your needs and get your problem repaired as soon as possible.

Pricing of Services

ASAP Computer Repair is one of the few computer repair companies that DOES NOT charge based on an hourly rate. We charge on a per project basis so you know exactly how much to expect to pay. So whether it takes 30 minutes, or 4 hours to fix your computer problem, the price is the same. Pricing is as follows:

Virus & Spyware Removal ($149 first computer, +$99 each additional computer – same service call)

• Troubleshoot 1 computer.
• Remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on the computer.
• Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.).
• Apply system tweaks and modifications.
• Perform operating system critical updates.
• Test computer system for proper functionality.
• Remove unwanted programs and trialware.
• Provide you with an estimated cost for hardware or upgrade(s) (if needed).

Setup Wireless/Wired Networking ($149 up to 3 devices)

• Set up, configure and secure your router; safeguarding your personal information.
• Securing your wireless signal from use by others (wireless only).
• Configure internet, including ISP (internet service provider).
• Install and configure networking adapters on up to 3 computers/devices.
• Secure network.
• Enable devices to share the internet, files, printers and other media.
• VoIP (voice over IP) set up.
• Repair network and internet connectivity if necessary.
• Add an additional computer/device (+$49 each).
• Wire runs or wireless boosters are extra.

Computer Tune-Up Security and Performance Optimization ($99 per computer)

• Install antivirus and antispyware software with current definitions and application updates (Includes cost of software and updates for 1 year).
• Perform system updates and improve PC speed and performance, including startup and shutdown optimization.
• Enable basic internet browser security functions, including antiphishing and pop-up blocking.
• Remove unwanted programs and trialware.
• Test and verify PC hardware and software functionality.

Computer Set-up ($99 per computer)

• Physically set up one computer system, including monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers.
• Organize wires and cables.
• Install new software applications (up to 3, software not included).
• Install peripheral or external devices (up to 3, devices not included).
• Configure your new computer to access your existing Internet account.
• Test your computer to make sure it is functioning properly.

Data Backup Service ($149 per computer)

• Transfer your data to your new computer or other media.
• Installation and configuration of backup software or online data backup.
• Connect hard drive (internal or external) to computer, install and configure software to create a backup schedule that fits your needs (hard drive not included).
• Create initial backup.
• Transfer data from your computer to a storage device or medium, such as network-attached storage, flash drive, an internal or external hard drive or another computer (storage device not included).

Data Recovery Service ($49 diagnostic fee, data recovery starts at +$199)

• The initial diagnostic fee for hard drives is $49.
• If majority of data can be recovered from the hard drive, there is an additional $199 fee for the time required to recover the data.
• For extremely damaged or corrupted hard drives, it may be necessary to send the hard drive to an outside service.

Software Install ($29 per installation, must be combined with another service)

• Install/repair and configure 1 software title.
• Perform necessary software updates.
• Create desktop, start menu and quick launch bar access shortcuts.
• Software not included.

Hardware Install ($49 per installation, must be combined with another service)

• Install an internal or external PC component, such as a graphics card, hard drive, optical drive, printer or scanner.
• Install any included software that is necessary for functionality on one computer.
• Hardware not included.
